Theannah Remi Phillips, MPA, MLS, LCSW/LICSW, is a warm and approachable psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Social Work from WVU. She has also completed Master's Degrees in Law and Legal Studies and Public Administration. She is an advocate for an active lifestyle and finding a place where all parts of ourselves can intersect.
She has a special interest in trauma work, while other areas of focus include life transitions, high stress, anxiety, substance abuse and relationship recovery. She often uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and strengths-based approaches and is now also able to offer Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) under consultation while becoming fully EMDRIA trained. She primarily offers Telehealth therapy services, but looks forward to speaking engagements, and partnerships that elevate mental health and lifestyle, and enjoys mentoring.

She primarily offers telehealth appointments, with limited in-person sessions available for local clients. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys mentoring, speaking engagements, and collaborative partnerships that elevate mental health and well-being.
